Our New Normal

• Wear a mask.
• Follow social distancing protocol.
• Leave food and drink in your vehicle.
• Hand washing stations are available, but restrooms are closed.
• The number of customers allowed in the ReStores at one time will be limited and monitored.
• We ask that customers “shop with a purpose” and not linger in the stores for extended periods.
• Carts, counters, payment processors, and other frequently touched areas will be cleaned frequently.
• PPE will be worn by employees at all times when interacting with customers.
• Cash will be accepted, but credit/debit cards are encouraged.
• Donations of gently used items will be accepted and cleaned according to CDC guidelines.
• Upholstered and other soft goods (like outdoor cushions) will be quarantined for 72 hours before being moved to sales floor.
• Hard surface merchandise will be cleaned thoroughly before being moved to sales floor.
