The Asheville Area ReStores are pleased to announce the Phase 1 reopening of the Asheville and Weaverville locations on Tuesday, May 26th. Our new hours of operation for shoppers and for donation drop-offs will be Tuesday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. We will be operating a little differently than before so please take a moment to read about the changes we’ve made as we do our best to keep everyone safe. Our New Normal
- Wear a mask.
- Follow social distancing protocol.
- Leave food and drink in your vehicle.
- Hand washing stations are available, but restrooms are closed.
- The number of customers allowed in the ReStores at one time will be limited and monitored.
- We ask that customers “shop with a purpose” and not linger in the stores for extended periods.
- Carts, counters, payment processors, and other frequently touched areas will be cleaned frequently.
- PPE will be worn by employees at all times when interacting with customers.
- Cash will be accepted, but credit/debit cards are encouraged.
- Donations of gently used items will be accepted and cleaned according to CDC guidelines.
- Upholstered and other soft goods (like outdoor cushions) will be quarantined for 72 hours before being moved to sales floor.
- Hard surface merchandise will be cleaned thoroughly before being moved to sales floor.
