Part-Time Office Assistant
The Office Assistant provides support to the administrative office – personally and through the service of volunteers. Responsibilities include providing reception area coverage; recruiting, training and managing office volunteers; performing administrative tasks; managing, scheduling and coordinating conference room guests; etc. The schedule is 1pm-5pm, Monday through Friday. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or clerical work, with volunteer management or supervisory experience preferred. Part-Time ReStore Associate
The ReStore Associate is responsible for providing superior service to all ReStore customers. The right applicant will be able to meet the demands of receiving donations and unloading trucks, assisting customers with their purchases, and accurately and efficiently handling all customer transactions. Qualified individuals must be able to provide customers, donors and volunteers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service at all times. We are seeking four AmeriCorps Construction Crew Leaders to be an integral part of building homes and neighborhoods and one AmeriCorps VISTA Leader to be an integral part of the Homeowner Services department. In both positions, we are looking for members who possess a sincere desire to serve others, have a passion for volunteerism and teaching/group facilitation, and have strong team building skills.
