Reporting to the Executive Director, the Homeownership Program Director directs all operations of Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity’s (AAHH) Homeownership Programs including program outreach and selection, home buyer education, mortgage origination, underwriting, post-closing support and portfolio management. This position is a member of the staff leadership team and provides collaborative leadership to achieve the mid and long range goals in all aspects of AAHH’s work. Part-Time ReStore Social Media Intern
This position is for a current college student, enrolled in related coursework. It is a paid internship. To apply, email email@example.com with your cover letter and resume.
Use your solid understanding of and proficiency in social media, copywriting, copyediting and photography to help increase ReStore sales, donations, and overall brand awareness. Interest in and/or knowledge of design styles, decorating, or DIY is preferred.
Principle Activities & Tasks
- Develop content across various social channels; this includes copy, photo and video.
- Conduct interviews and write weekly blog posts.
- Update the ReStore Silent Auction page of the website.
- Analyze, review & report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Other duties as assigned.
16- 20 hours each week. Ideally 4 hour shifts across 5 days, but this is negotiable.
