Full-Time Communications Coordinator
The Communications Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing communications between Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity (AAHH) and its constituencies to educate the community, increase awareness and engagement, and stimulate fundraising.
Responsibilities include providing creative services to all departments by designing, writing and copyediting print and electronic materials, providing marketing support for all house sponsorships, events, and campaigns, and serving as a spokesperson for the organization. Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, media relations or public relations – or equivalent. Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop is required. Part-Time ReStore Associate (2 positions)
The ReStore Associate is responsible for providing superior service to all ReStore customers. The right applicant will be able to meet the demands of receiving donations and unloading trucks, assisting customers with their purchases, and accurately and efficiently handling all customer transactions. Qualified individuals must be able to provide customers, donors and volunteers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service at all times.
