Habitat for Humanity homeownership is not new to the Gherasim family. Marius’s parents purchased a Habitat home over a decade ago in the Enka Hills community. The strong partnership with Habitat that he witnessed led Marius and his family to apply for affordable homeownership with the non-profit.

The Gherasim family’s vision of affordability, opportunities for the next generation, and need for accessibility have come into sharp focus. They are thrilled to soon purchase an affordable, stable, accessible home that will provide a solid foundation for the family to thrive and create lasting memories.
