Wanda Bush has worked as a customer assistant/cashier at Sam’s Club for nearly five years. Her employer enthusiastically recommended her for Habitat homeownership, knowing that she is kind, reliable, and hard working.
Currently, Wanda lives in a rental unit that offers little stability. She has been unable to qualify to purchase a condo or modular home with a conventional loan.
Wanda looks forward to participating in the building of her home and those of her neighbors. She looks forward to maintaining her house and gardening in her new yard. Wanda is ready to have a place to call ‘home’ and to have her children and grandchildren visit her in a decent house and safe neighborhood.
