Tirgoala Family
Mihail and Liuba Tirgoala moved their family to Asheville four years ago when Mihail’s father became pastor at a new Moldovan church in Asheville. Mihail works as a mechanic for Mountain Air Heating and Cooling; Liuba cares for their children (ages 1-10).
The family currently lives in a three-bedroom apartment in East Asheville. They have been seeking improved, affordable, and stable housing for their family and were unsuccessful until they applied for Habitat’s program.
The family is anxious to move to the thriving Enka Hills community and the children say they are looking forward to making new friends. The Tirgoala’s house is sponsored by the Asheville Board of Realtors & Rotary Club of Asheville.
