Mihail and Veronica Pascari live in a crowded three-bedroom apartment with their four children.
Before moving to Asheville from Moldova they had a farm and Mihail worked as a mechanic. Mihail now works as a mechanic for Carolina Transportation.
The family’s current housing lacks heat in one bedroom, has mold in the closet and along the wall in another bedroom, and several electrical outlets work improperly.
The family is looking forward to moving to Enka Hills where the children will be comfortable playing outdoors and their home will be healthy.
