The Noteboom Family
Khrista and Chad Noteboom have been selected as the partner family for the Board Staff House.
Khrista and Chad, and their three children, currently rent a small house in Black Mountain on a very busy street - essentially a highway. They pay a disproportionate amount of their income towards rent.
The Notebooms have lived in Buncombe County for more than three years; they moved here from Michigan. Khrista is an elementary school teacher with Buncombe County Schools, and Chad is currently attending school full-time to earn a teaching degree.
