Another Adopt-the-Lot sponsorship comes from a local family in honor of their family's "Three Marthas". Support also comes from many donations from the community at large.

The 2008 Women Build House will be home to the Yarosh family. Lyudmila Yarosh and her teenage son currently live in an apartment complex plagued by drug activity and crime. Her oldest son attends Western Carolina University and often comes home to visit on weekends and school breaks.
Lyudmila is a CNA for two companies that contract for Mission Hospitals. She enjoys her work assisting patients after they have had surgery.
Lyudmila is originally from Ukraine. She was a homeowner in her home land and is very excited to become a homeowner again, this time in Asheville. The Yarosh family looks forward to maintaining and paying for their own property and they are eager to move to the quiet and safe Enka Hills neighborhood.
