Future Projects

At the request of our Board of Directors and as part of our Building a Way Home campaign, we have actively been "land banking" - purchasing land for future new house construction, while land prices are (relatively) low.

To date, we have secured the following future building sites:

• Johnson Boulevard, off Patton Avenue in West Asheville - 25 houses.  See plat and aerial photograph.

We are currently building on the following land sites that were acquired though our Building a Way Home campaign:

• Woodfin - 4 houses (land was donated) 

• Beacon Village area of Swannanoa - 17 houses.  See plat and aerial photograph.
