The Home Store is located at 30 Meadow Road, just north of the railroad tracks in Biltmore Village.

Since 1990, Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity has operated a retail store as another source of income for our building program. The Home Store sells donated items to the general public.  Proceeds from Home Store sales cover all of Asheville Area Habitat’s administrative and fundraising costs, build one complete Habitat house and pay for the foundation of 17 Habitat houses in Buncombe County annually.

The Habitat Home Store also helps make home improvements more affordable for community residents and it diverts 1,100 tons of material from the landfill each year.

Check out our eBay store!
Now you can shop the Habitat Home Store without leaving your home or office!  Featured items include books, records, CD's, china and pottery, and collectibles.  New items are added daily so check back often.  Just like the "brick and mortar" Home Store, proceeds from on-line sales go towards Asheville Area Habitat's home building program which provides affordable homeownership opportunities to deserving families in Buncombe County.
