Visiting a home in Enka Hills
Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity hosts a monthly Homeward Bound Tour to acquaint people with the work of Habitat in our community.
Each tour begins at the Habitat Home Center, 30 Meadow Road, in Biltmore Village.

The tour starts with a presentation followed by conversation with founding executive director, Lew Kraus. We then travel to a current construction site, tour a house under construction, meet a regular construction site volunteer, and have the opportunity to talk with a Habitat homeowner. The tour concludes with a visit to the Habitat Home Store.
You are welcome to stay and browse in the Home Store showroom and ask additional questions of the staff.
